How it works
Buttons like "Check price" send you to a retailer through a tracked link. If you buy something during that visit, the retailer pays us a small percentage. You pay the same price either way.
What commission does not buy
- A place in a ranking, or a higher position within one.
- A higher score, or the removal of a criticism.
- Advance review of an article by a brand or retailer.
- A decision to test a product in the first place.
When a pick has no link
Sometimes the best product in a category has no affiliate programme. We still recommend it, and we still say it's the best. If our top pick earns us nothing, that's a good sign the process is working.
